One of the really nice features on the Yamaha Clavinova CVP range is the ability to connect your phone via Bluetooth.
It’s quick to set up, and once you’ve done it, it opens up a whole new way of using your piano.
The main benefit is simple — you can play music from your phone straight through the Clavinova’s built-in speaker system.
And I have to say, the speakers on these are phenomenal.
They’re big, full, and rich… so whether you’re playing something from Spotify, Apple Music, or your own library, it sounds fantastic.
Once you’re connected, you can use your piano in a much more musical and enjoyable way.
Put a track on — something you know or something you’re learning — and just play along with it.
It’s a great way to practise:
Or sometimes, just to enjoy yourself and get lost in the music a bit.
The process itself is very straightforward:
That’s it — the sound will come straight through the piano.
It’s one of those features that people sometimes overlook… but once you start using it, it quickly becomes part of your everyday playing.
Whether you’re practising, learning, or just listening, it makes the instrument feel even more enjoyable to use.
If you’re currently playing an older piano or keyboard and fancy something with features like this, we can help make the move really straightforward.
We offer part exchange on most instruments — just tell us what you’ve got (you can even send photos), and we’ll come back to you with a fair quote.
