Tempo changes for the metronome

For Genos and SX Series

Step 1 – Press the “Menu” button located to the right-hand side of the touch screen.

Step 2 – Ensure that “Menu1” is highlighted white on the top right-hand side of the touch screen.

Step 3 – Press the option labelled “Metronome”.

Step 4 – This will take you to the settings of the metronome. You will see a one/off option on the top right-hand side of the screen. You’ll be able to tell this option apart from the rest as it has a metronome icon. Press this option.

Step 5 – Once this is on it will highlight green. Now you hear the metronome ticking away, turn your attention to physical buttons to the left-hand side of the touch screen.

Step 6 – Look for the option labelled “Tempo”. There will be two buttons labelled with a “+” and “-” imprint. Each button corresponds with increasing or decreasing the tempo of the metronome. Tweak this to the speed you’d like, and begin to play!

Checkout Guide

After completing your billing address information, you are able to declare an alternative delivery address by selecting the checkbox entitled 'Deliver to a different address?'.

You are also able to nominate an alternative weekday to receive the delivery; if none is entered, we will simply dispatch for the next working day by default, if the order has been placed before 2 pm. Our courier does not deliver on weekends.

If your purchase is eligible for finance, you'll be able to calculate an illustration of cost by clicking on the 'Calculate Finance' button. Otherwise, the option for payment will default to 'Card Payment via Sagepay'.

Once you are ready to proceed, click the orange 'Pay Securely with Sagepay' button to be taken to our secure Sage/Opayo payment gateway.

Preorders will be processed when in stock – our team will notify you when the item is available, and arrange a convenient time for delivery with you.

Non-UK Payments

Payments made from cards registered with non-UK-based banks cannot be accepted by our payment provider, and will be automatically refunded if processed.

Please bear in mind that, due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, this could result in an unforeseen loss depending on the value of the original currency against GBP, which is completely beyond our control.

We’ve missed you! Book an in-store demonstration with us today.

Important Notes

In order to maximise ventilation, we are using our store foyer for demonstrations. The space restriction of our foyer area means that we are able to offer the demonstration of up to three upright digital pianos at any one time, so on booking, we will clarify with you which models you are interested in seeing and/or assist with your choices if necessary.

We are asking that, upon arrival, all customers (who are medically able to) wear a face mask for the duration of their visit. We will also provide sanitising hand gel which we will ask you to apply. The NHS Track and Trace scanning code will also be available.

Part-Ex / Sell

We offer competitive part-exchange values, and we also buy digital pianos, keyboards and organs for cash.
