Have you googled ‘Yamaha Genos 2’ in the hope of learning about an upcoming replacement for the Genos keyboard? Yes? I thought so.
I’ve done it plenty of times too!
After scanning the results of a brief Google search, you’ve probably noticed that they don’t really offer a conclusive answer to the question of when and whether Yamaha will launch a replacement for their flagship Genos keyboard.
You may have seen some search results referring to ‘Yamaha Genos 2.0’ and got momentarily excited. However, this particular phrase relates tothe significant firmware upgrade for the original Genos that Yamaha released in November 2019. See David’s video about it below.
To summarise, trying to discover official news about a potential new version of the Yamaha Genos keyboard is hard. Furthermore, searching online doesn’t produce conclusive answers.
So, what’s the best way to make sure that your finger is firmly on the pulse? What’s the best way to know that the moment Yamaha decide to launch their new, world-beating keyboard, you are among the first to be informed?
Below is my advice to you.

i personally think that the Genos is still the king and it is all about using the deeper functions to match these new rivals.
I hear that Yamaha will release quite a lot of new keyboards and tech etc this year and Namm April.

Depending on which option is most appropriate, we will either contact you to discuss a bespoke ePianos delivery surcharge for goods we can’t package for a 3rd party courier, or otherwise dispatch goods via FedEx or APC.
If a courier is used, tracking will be provided by them directly, with a typical arrival time of 1-2 working days.

These items will be sent via courier (typically APC or FedEx). On occasion, depending on which is fastest, we will drop-ship directly from Yamaha to your address via UPS or Parcelforce.

Smaller items, such as books, discs, etc, will be dispatched via Royal Mail second class.

After purchase, you can download the file either from the order confirmation page or the "Downloads" tab in "My Account".
