Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully: by selling or offering to sell your instrument, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. A legally binding contract only comes into force when we agree our written purchase contract.
-
Any initial valuation or estimate we provide is non-binding and subject to physical inspection.
-
ePianos (operating as WeBuyAnyPiano) reserves the right to refuse to make an offer, and may refuse or cancel a purchase at any time prior to collection.
-
You represent that you are the sole legal owner of the instrument, that no undisclosed finance, claims or encumbrances exist, and that all information you submit regarding condition, history and functionality is complete and truthful.
-
We may reduce or rescind an offer if the instrument is misdescribed, faulty, damaged, altered, or otherwise differs significantly from the information provided prior to inspection.
-
If the collected item fails inspection and the purchase is cancelled, you may be responsible for reasonable return or recovery costs.
-
At collection, the instrument must be supplied in the described condition and with all accessories disclosed as included (e.g., power supply, pedals, speakers if applicable).
-
You acknowledge that the instrument is sold “as-is”, with no warranty provided by us as to its future performance, reliability or suitability.
-
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the agreed purchase price. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
We will aim to collect your instrument within 28 days of agreeing to purchase and will arrange a date and collection window with you directly.
Payment will be made within 2–3 working days after collection and successful inspection confirming the instrument matches the disclosed description.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated terms applying to future submissions.
