Used Yamaha Piaggero NP31 Portable Digital Piano

Ultra Portable Design

Weighing in at just 12 pounds this is an extremely lightweight and portable digital piano.

The NP31 can be used with an AC adaptor, but the 6-hour battery is the key to Piaggero portability. Play your piano anywhere your music takes you – walk in, carrying the NP31 with one hand, and play – it’s that easy anywhere thanks to its slim, light and compact design.

The NP31 comes with a new useful, eco-friendly function that turns off the power automatically if the keyboard has not been used for a set amount of time (30 mins) in order to avoid using power unnecessarily, supporting long battery life.

This NP31 also uses highly efficient amplifiers that pack more sound into a lighter digital piano. With 6 watts per channel, these keyboards are ready to go whenever you are.

Perfect Student Piano

The NP31’s built-in metronome with adjustable tempo and time signature is perfect for the pianist who knows that practice makes perfect!

The easy to use panel design with dedicated voice-select buttons and the performance data provided for piano songs as well as voice demo songs, for your listening pleasure make this the perfect choice for anyone looking for a quality first piano.

Yamaha Quality Touch and Tone

The NP31’s graded soft touch action emulates the graded resistance of an acoustic piano without the added weight of hammers. On the 76-key piano-style keyboard the lower keys are heavy in touch and the higher keys are light, just as on an actual piano, whilst retaining the soft touch of a digital keyboard.

Using advanced wave memory stereo sampling Yamaha have created superb wave data that mirrors the sound and expression of the original instrument by using advanced digital technologies. This gives the NP31 a unique, rich sound using multiple waveforms.

Change the sound of the instrument by playing electric piano, organ, harpsichord, strings or vibraphone to suit any musical style or combine two voices together ( e.g. piano and strings) for greater versatility. With the NP31’s dynamic voice allocation, 32-notes is all a pianist needs to play and sustain notes naturally.
