Yamaha Genos 2 Arranger Workstation

The Yamaha Genos 2 is Yamaha’s flagship arranger workstation, combining an extensive collection of professional voices and accompaniment styles with powerful performance and recording features. Its 76-note FSX keyboard features initial touch and aftertouch, while the large 9-inch colour touchscreen provides quick and intuitive access to sounds, styles and settings.

The Yamaha Genos 2 combines AWM Stereo Sampling and AEM technologies with FM synthesis, bringing the distinctive character of Yamaha’s legendary DX technology into a modern arranger workstation. With 1,991 preset voices, 75 Drum/SFX kits, 480 XG voices and 800 accompaniment styles, there is an enormous range of sounds and backing styles to explore.

Performance features include Chord Looper, Style Dynamics Control, Vocal Harmony and Synth Vocoder, while assignable knobs, sliders and buttons provide extensive real-time control. With approximately 15GB of internal memory, around 3GB of expansion voice capacity, Bluetooth Audio, HDMI output and comprehensive audio, MIDI and USB connectivity, the Yamaha Genos 2 is an exceptionally capable instrument for both home players and professional performers.
