But conversation is a two-way street, and we’re keen to hear what you, the player, feel about your instrument, whether you’ve purchased it from us or not.
What do you like about it? What do you not like about it? What would you improve or change about your instrument?
We want to know as much as possible, so we’re inviting you to leave a review on our website. Doing so is a very easy two-step process, and you don’t need to set up an account:
Click the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the screen to open the search, and start typing in the model of the instrument you own, i.e “SX600”
Once you see your instrument in the pop-up menu, simply click on it to be taken to the product page on our site.
If you scroll down to about halfway down on the product page, you’ll find the ‘Reviews’ tab. Click the tab to see the review form, and simply add a review title, provide a star rating of 0-5 stars, and type out a review, clicking ‘Submit’ to send your review to us.
NOTE – we use a ‘Captcha’ to prevent spam from bots, so you’ll need to check the box and follow the simple steps to complete this to send your review.
…and that’s it! Once you’ve left your review, it can take up to 24 hours to display.
