We attribute a significant part of our continued success to the realtionships we form with our customers. Whether it’s a live chat before purchase, some technical help, or an upgrade from an existing purchase, we’re all about the power of conversation.

But conversation is a two-way street, and we’re keen to hear what you, the player, feel about your instrument, whether you’ve purchased it from us or not.

What do you like about it? What do you not like about it? What would you improve or change about your instrument?

We want to know as much as possible, so we’re inviting you to leave a review on our website. Doing so is a very easy two-step process, and you don’t need to set up an account:

Step 1:

Click on the search bar below, and begin typing in the model you have – you should start seeing suggestions immediately.

Once you’ve found a match, just click on it to be taken to the product page.

Step 2:

Scroll down the page (just past the orange ‘add-to-cart’ button), and you’ll find the ‘Reviews’ tab on the left of the page (or over to the right on a mobile device).

Click the tab to see the review form, and simply add a review title, provide a star rating of 0-5 stars, and type out a review, clicking ‘Submit’ to send your review to us.

NOTE – we use a ‘Captcha’ to prevent spam from bots, so you’ll need to check the box and follow the simple steps to complete this to send your review.

…and that’s it! Your review should display within 24 hours of submission.

Thanks for taking the time to voice your opinion, and help others make an informed decision about their purchase.

  • Hi first of all i found it difficult to find a place to leave a review.I bought a Technics KN 6000 keyboard from e-pianos it came within a couple of days well packed and the keyboard looked like new.It has ta ken me a few weeks to find my way around it as it is a lot more complicated than my KN 1500.All in all i am very pleased with it its a pity it dosn’t have a dvd to show you how to get the sounds that you get when watching a demo on you tube.I noticed when i bought it it was suppose to come with a bench of some sort but no sign of that.j mcvittie

    1. Hi Joseph

      Thanks for your comment.

We’re glad you’re enjoying your Technics KN6000 – don’t forget, we’re always on hand if you need some assistance with it.

We don’t typically include benches with keyboards, but we’d certainly be happy to do you a very good deal on one if you’d like to get in touch with us?

      Kind regards

      David B

  • I have been a customer of e-pianos for 10 or more yrs and had several models from them. They have always given me excellent deals that couldn’t be matched anywhere else. The after sales service is excellent and your never left feeling unsure.

My Genos I had was excellent and I had lots of video help. There was a great deal of playback song styles and numerous voices ( too many to list). The sounds are so realistic.

  • I must confess I did not buy my Tyros2 from epianos, but I am a very keen follower of The Expertts on Youtube and have learned such a lot from them.
As you will know, The Tyros 2 has an inherant characteristic which is very irritating to The Player.
When a registration is selected along with the left hand accompanyment selection, all is fine until you select the next registration, then the left hand accompanyment selection cancels out and needs to be reselected at every change of registration.
I believe Yamaha has issued an upgrade to correct this. How can I get hold of it please. Note, I already have the Music Finder upgrade for Tyros 2.
I would appreciate your Tipster’s advice.
