You’re in for a treat today — I’ve got a bit of a gem to show you. It’s the Roland AT80SL, one of the later models from Roland’s luxury “AT” organ series — and the “L” really does stand for luxury. You’ll see it proudly displayed on the badge.
Now, if you know me, you’ll know I love a good gadget, and this beauty has one of my favourite features: a colour touchscreen. No fiddly little monochrome displays here — just lovely, clear menus and buttons you can actually see without squinting.

Let’s dive in. One of the first things I like to show off on these is the quick registration feature — and this one is packed to the rafters with options. Big Band, Theatre, American, European, United Kingdom, Movie & Show, Classical — it’s like a musical world tour at your fingertips.
For example, under Classical you’ve got these beautifully orchestrated sounds. One of my favourites is Ave Maria — it even includes a gorgeous lady’s vocal part. Honestly, it’s so moving, it nearly made me forget I was in a showroom and not a cathedral.
You can explore romantic organs, Baroque sounds, full choirs, and even Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. There’s woodwind, brass ensemble, full orchestra — the works. And it’s all so easy to access and start playing with.
Move over to the UK section and you’re treated to bagpipes (of course), accordion, and fiddle sounds — though I will admit, perhaps not the best tunes to test on them unless you’re partial to a bit of chaos! But Brass Toff gives you that really bold, brassy British sound we all secretly love.

Then there’s the Movie & Show category — a bit of Memory from Cats, some charmers from the big screen. Honestly, this organ’s got more characters than a West End matinee.
But it’s not all about the voices. Oh no — the rhythm section is just brilliant. From Big Band grooves to easy listening ballads, there’s a mountain of content in there. I had great fun setting up the New Big Band rhythm, letting the auto-accompaniment do its thing — and yes, I may have gotten a bit carried away with the heat of the moment. (You’ll see what I mean in the video!)
There are different rhythm complexities too — full-on advanced versions or simple basics for a more laid-back feel. And for those of us who like to know exactly when to start, it’s even got a count-in feature. None of that “Am I supposed to play now?” panic.
Oh, and we can’t forget the brilliance control. Want your strings crisp and bright? Done. Prefer them warm and mellow? Easy. It’s a clever little tool that makes a huge difference depending on what mood you’re after.
We’re very selective with the secondhand instruments we take in — they already tend to be in good condition.
Our superb team of engineers refurbish and repair them to a high standard.
That’s why we include a 6 months warranty on Organs like this one.
We offer UK mainland delivery, and can collect your part exchange at the same time.
