Step 1 – Ensure that only one USB is plugged in otherwise the keyboard won’t know which USB to send the file to. On a Genos, the USB must not be plugged into the bottom USB slot or it won’t work.
Step 2 – Press the menu button.
Step 3 – Make sure that the menu2 option is highlighted white at the top of the screen.
Step 4 – Press the option labelled ‘Expansion’.
Step 5 – Click on the option titled ‘Export Instrument Info’
Step 6 – From here please ensure that only one USB is plugged in otherwise the keyboard won’t know which USB to send the file to. On a Genos, the USB must not be plugged into the bottom USB slot or it won’t work.
Step 7 – A option will pop up saying “Execute Exporting”. You want to confirm this by pressing ‘Ok’. This will save the Info into a file on the USB that’s plugged in.
Step 8 – Now unplug the USB and plug it into your computer.
Step 9 – Locate the USB on the computer and go into its files. From here you need to locate a file called ‘Instrument Info’. This will contain the code you are looking for.
After completing your billing address information, you are able to declare an alternative delivery address by selecting the checkbox entitled 'Deliver to a different address?'.
You are also able to nominate an alternative weekday to receive the delivery; if none is entered, we will simply dispatch for the next working day by default, if the order has been placed before 2 pm. Our courier does not deliver on weekends.

Preorders will be processed when in stock – our team will notify you when the item is available, and arrange a convenient time for delivery with you.
Payments made from cards registered with non-UK-based banks cannot be accepted by our payment provider, and will be automatically refunded if processed.
Please bear in mind that, due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, this could result in an unforeseen loss depending on the value of the original currency against GBP, which is completely beyond our control.
In order to maximise ventilation, we are using our store foyer for demonstrations. The space restriction of our foyer area means that we are able to offer the demonstration of up to three upright digital pianos at any one time, so on booking, we will clarify with you which models you are interested in seeing and/or assist with your choices if necessary.
We are asking that, upon arrival, all customers (who are medically able to) wear a face mask for the duration of their visit. We will also provide sanitising hand gel which we will ask you to apply. The NHS Track and Trace scanning code will also be available.
