I must mention that you can buy your ‘Tyros Tipsters’ DVD guide as a complete boxset containing all 6 DVDs, or separately as individual DVDs, each containing around 10 different videos. This is incredibly handy if we are covering a specific technique that you want to learn on one particular DVD. This way, you don’t have to purchase the entire box set of DVDs.
There is exclusive content on the DVD that you won’t see on the Tyros Tipsters YouTube videos.
That’s right! As helpful as our free Tyros Tipsters videos on YouTube and ePianosTV are, they don’t cover everything! This is why we include exclusive videos that we have not published online. This is exactly where our guides come into play.
In DVD format, the videos are much easier to access, stop and start, rewind. No Wi-Fi connection is needed… Just you and a DVD player. If simplicity is something you desire, then this format is best for you.

Our DVD’s aren’t all comprised of tutorial videos. We also have sections where you can kick your feet up and enjoy some good music that is exclusively for you. Over the years we’ve had many talented musicians come in and demonstrate their knowledge at our ‘Tyros Club’ meetings in our store. We have their performances for your viewing pleasure. Full sets, songs, and great vibes are at your fingertips during this section. Sometimes you learn more from seeing the theory put into action, right?
Beginner to advanced
No matter who you are, what your skillset is; there is something for everyone in our guides. From simply understanding registrations, to advanced mixing techniques. There’s something for everyone here and each individual will find a way to utilise it.
Most tutorials are compatible with all Yamaha Tyros models
90% of the features and functions explained by David and Chris in the Tyros Tipsters DVDs are applicable to Tyros models 1 – 5. The same operating systems mean that these DVD’s can be universally understood with no confusion. If you ask me, this is one of the most redeeming qualities of these guides. Anyone can watch and learn from them, which is exactly what we set out to do.

Brand new products over 30kg
Example products: Yamaha DGX670, Yamaha P-525, Yamaha YDP-S55, Yamaha Clavinova.
These items must be sent with a heavy-goods courier (typically APC or FedEx). On occasion, depending on which is fastest, we will drop-ship directly from Yamaha to your address via Dachser.
Tracking will be provided by the haulier, with a typical arrival time of 1-2 working days.
*If you have included the optional £180 "Yamaha Premium Service" home delivery & setup option offered on selected products, we will contact you regarding arrangements after purchase.
**The Yamaha CSP Series, Yamaha CVP905 & CVP909, Yamaha CLP875, 885 & 895GP, and Yamaha NU1Xa are all sold on behalf of Yamaha and arrive with us on a per-order basis. As soon as your piano has arrived, we will contact you to organise the appropriate dispatch method. ETA for stock is shown on the product page for those items.
***If you have included the optional £99 home delivery & setup option offered on selected products, we will send your details direct to the installation team, who will contact you within 48 hours to make arrangements.
Used or display products over 30kg
Depending on which option is most appropriate, we will either contact you to discuss a bespoke ePianos delivery surcharge for goods we can’t package for a 3rd party courier, or otherwise dispatch goods via FedEx or APC.
If a courier is used, tracking will be provided by them directly, with a typical arrival time of 1-2 working days.
All products under 30kg
Example products: Yamaha PSR-SX920, Yamaha P-225, Yamaha NP-15.
These items will be sent via courier (typically APC or FedEx). On occasion, depending on which is fastest, we will drop-ship directly from Yamaha to your address via UPS or Parcelforce.
Tracking will be provided by the courier, with a typical arrival time of 1-2 working days.
Smaller items, such as books, discs, etc, will be dispatched via Royal Mail second class.
Downloadable Content
After purchase, you can download the file either from the order confirmation page or the "Downloads" tab in "My Account".
If you have selected the option to receive a pre-loaded USB stick, then this will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Pre-orders
We will contact you regarding any pre-ordered items, and let you know when they arrive so as to arrange delivery with you at a convenient time.
We offer interest-free and interest-bearing finance options on selected products.
Finance options for new products
2–5 years interest-bearing finance at 19.9% APR (minimum 10% deposit).
A minimum loan amount of £500 after deposit is required.
