When do we send your item?

Orders of new, in stock items placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent the same day for next working day delivery by default. Please note: approx 14 days delivery for CVP800 & AvantGrand series products; 7-10 days for Yamaha CLP785 & CLP795

Any orders placed between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday will be sent to arrive the following Tuesday (unless you specify otherwise).  Our couriers do not operate during bank holidays; orders will be dispatched as soon as possible during bank holidays.

Used instruments are delivered by our ePianos team. We will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to discuss delivery arrangements with you.

Need it on a particular day?

You can nominate a preferred week day for delivery at the checkout stage. This option is only applicable for new, in stock items.

Please note – the soonest we can honour a delivery for an order placed after 2pm on a Friday is the following Tuesday- unless you want to contact us in advance to organise click and collect from our Banbury Warehouse.

International shipping

Presently, we offer free shipping to the UK mainland only. This does not include the Channel Isles or Scottish Highlands. International shipping may be available – please contact us with your request and we’ll be happy to quote you.

Delivery to any non-UK mainland address may incur an additional surcharge. Again, please contact us for a quote, as any non-UK mainland postcodes entered at the checkout stage will not be accepted.


Important notes about receiving your delivery

Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Please note that whilst we can ask that the driver contacts you on approach, we can make no assurances they will do so thus we are not able to be specific about the exact delivery time. Standard week-day courier deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm.

Our courier will try and deliver your parcel(s) twice. After a second failed attempt, your goods will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like us to try and deliver them again, we will charge the delivery charges associated with your order again. You may also choose to collect your parcel(s) from our retail store. If you choose our courier delivery/flat pack delivery method, please be aware that with larger items such as digital pianos, the courier is not contracted to carry them up any steps or stairs.

If there are stairs leading to the front door of the delivery address, or you live in an apartment that is not on pavement level, it is your responsibility to arrange transportation from the pavement level to the delivery address. In this instance, the delivery driver may, at their own discretion assist you in carrying the parcels to the delivery address, but they are not contracted nor obliged to do so.

Orders placed using our finance options may take longer than the delivery times quoted above because we cannot dispatch goods until the completed finance application and relevant information has been returned to us.

The following terms and conditions and policies do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that these relate specifically to online sales and that terms and conditions in store may be different. For details of these, please speak to a member of staff in-store.

This website is intended for personal use only and no part of the service may be displayed in public, broadcast, linked to or used for any business purpose without the express written consent of ePianos. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our services we accept no responsibility for any use made of the information provided and we shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby.

Certain links in the ePianos site may lead to web sites over which ePianos has no control and for which we cannot accept responsibility.

Orders

Please note that your order on our website will be accepted by us, and a contract will then be formed between us, only at the point of shipping the goods to you. We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses from our website. Delivery costs are applicable for all products where indicated. Where possible we will dispatch any items readily available from stock and forward the outstanding items when they become available. However, if this not possible we will inform you of any change.

Availability

Where possible we have tried to indicate the availability for all products. This is not a live status of current stock availability of warehouse stock or shop stock, and, in some circumstances, products indicated as in stock may not be available from stock at the time of receipt of the order by us. Nevertheless we will contact you to inform you of this. Where a product is currently out of stock in our warehouse, an estimated delivery time of 3 – 5 days is assumed, during which time we will endeavour to fulfil your order. Should this not be possible, we will contact you to advise you of an expected delivery date, or a full refund will be offered.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted at law, ePianos is providing this web site and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this web site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, ePianos does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this web site is accurate, complete or current.

ePianos constantly maintains this website to keep it up-to-date and free from errors. However, from time to time, errors in product information and pricing may occur. If you place an order for an item with an erroneous price via our website, we will make contact with you before we accept the order and update/correct the erroneous details as required. You will then have the option of cancelling the order in its entirety, or confirming the order based on the corrected information we have given you. If, for whatever reason, we cannot make contact with you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

Likewise, during a sale, or discounted price promotion where limited stock of the item is available at the advertised price, if the goods you have ordered outnumber the quantity available at the discounted price, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the number of items available for you to purchase at the discounted price. You will have the option of cancelling your order completely; or placing a new order at the correct price for these goods; or purchasing the number of items available at the discounted price. Following this process, you will, of course, be refunded in full for any items ordered that have been cancelled.

Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither ePianos nor any of its subsidiaries, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages or losses of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages or losses, loss of data, income or profit, goodwill, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure or additional third-party charges, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, ePianos does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of ePianos, its subsidiaries, directors, employees or other representatives.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.  This condition does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns and Warranties

Faulty goods

In the event of a faulty item, we will cover all costs (where necessary) for the return of your item back to our store, provided your instrument is within it’s warranty period.

With larger instruments (such as, but not limited to, Yamaha CVP, CSP, YDP and CLP-series pianos) we will arrange for an engineer to visit you, provided your instrument is within it’s warranty period.

Returning an item purchased off-premises

If you decide you would like to return an order you have placed with us on our website, via telephone or through other means off-premises, simply inform us via phone or email within 14 days of your purchase. You have the option to return the goods to us independently, otherwise you can contact us for a quote for collection of the goods using our courier services. Once you have informed us of your decision to return your item, you have 14 days to ensure the return of the item to us.

Upon safe and satisfactory receipt of the item back at our store, we will issue a full refund. If an item arrives back to us showing signs of misuse or damage, or if parts are missing, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for the return of used items. You are responsible for the cost and safe return to ePianos of any unwanted goods.

Returning an item purchased in-store

Unwanted goods purchased on-site are returnable at the discretion of ePianos.co.uk, unless the goods can be shown to have been sold to the customer in an intentionally misleading way, or in the knowledge that they are defective prior to sale.

Refunds

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. Alternatively, ePianos can arrange collection. You are responsible for the direct cost of collection of such goods by ePianos. You must take reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and accessories, in original condition. After we receive the item plus all packaging and accessories in original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item in full, as soon as possible and within not more than 30 days. Delivery charges are not refundable.

The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to ePianos Ltd. packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and cables, or if the Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way.

ePianos cannot, and does not, in any way attempt to warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to carefully check specifications, sizes and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure of the size, suitability or compatibility of an item, please contact ePianos before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product.

Goods purchased from ePianos are not sold on a trial basis.
